As they say, the equation of effort between small and big output is equal; thus, the concept of institutional selling is carried out through real estate syndication model.
The product or service is investment management and the tool is through real estate syndication of Century properties or commonly referred to as institutional selling. Though institutional selling is not a new concept, it is however done less visibly because of lack of expertise and the absence of creativity to bundle product or service in the business of real estate.
The overall business objective is to encourage investing companies and or high networth individuals to set their foot in expanding their businesses in the Philippines through Century Properties-related projects. On a macro level, it is the effort of this project to convince these high networth individuals to consider the Philippines as their next investment destination. As investment managers, we must become the clients’:
- Handyman – we are their skilled person who will handle the realization of their initial footing in investing in the Philippines through Century Properties’ project investments;
- Organiser – as their handyman, we are their “work withs” in terms of organising a property management corporation in Australia which will later on be replicated in the Philippines to manage their investments; and
- Watchdog – as handyman and organiser, we concurrently work to ensure that the entire system is in a safe state of normal and beyond possible optimised market investment operation.
