TOFEMI is a 55-year old family corporation which has invested various real estate properties for years. One of the major projects that the corporation will embark is the development of their Baguio property. Called as 88 Gibraltar, the project which sprawls in a 1,948 square meter property in Mines View Park in Baguio is a two-tower condotel. Designed by Arch. Ramon de Jesus Jr., the project is conceptualized by the second generation of the Halili and Elloso families.
DCPManagers’ strategized financial concept is a love triangle among TOFEMI-PAGIBIG-BANK. The collaborative effort is between TOFEMI and PAGIBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund) where the latter’s function is to finance the building of 88 Gibraltar. The PAGIBIG on the other hand shall guarantee a loan to individual takers of 88 Gibraltar.
