Web pic ChemRep pageEngr. Diosdado N. Cheng held office in DCP headquarters and established ChemRep Industrial Products, a business division focused on chemical distribution since this has been his field for over 25 years.  Mr. Cheng is the “C” in DCP.  He has contributed the enhancement of the company’s organizational development thereby increasing work productivity.  In the course of a year’s operation of the division and reinforced by the various China and other Asian countries business trip with Mr. David, Mr. Cheng was headhunted by a New Zealand-based chemical distribution company, Scott Chemicals NZ Limited Company.  This paved the way for Messrs. Cheng and David to put up Scott Chemicals Philippines Inc., where these gentlemen hold 40% stake of the Philippine operations while the remaining 60% is owned by their counterpart, Scott Chemicals Holdings Limited (New Zealand).
